My aim as a Personal Trainer is to bring about a transformation in my clients that is life changing. Whether your goals are focused towards weight loss, building muscle or general fitness, my approach is simple, yet effective and scientifically proven. I use a combination of High Intensity Interval Training, coupled with a strength and conditioning regimen. Having a background in various sports including football, table tennis and squash, and playing these at a semi pro level has given me the discipline, focus and drive that accompany my passion for fitness. With every client, I ensure that I give a 110% of my energy, support and ” dedication to get them where they want to be.
