Studio X @ The Regent’s Place Health Club has a dedicated studio space for those who want to reconnect body and mind, with a range of different kinds of Yoga, Pilates and BODYBALANCE™ classes. Is a perfect place to de-stress the mind, increase flexibility, build strength and improve posture.
All of our classes are taught by some of London’s most experienced Yoga practitioners. This class is designed to achieve and maintain balance, which is done through exercise, breathing and meditation. Yoga exercises improve circulation, stimulate the abdominal organs and strengthen the body.

Slow Flow Yoga Tuesdays 5.40pm & Sundays 10am
Yoga Wednesdays 12.00pm
Studio X @ The Regent’s Place Health Club is also the Pilates Studio of choice for those who work and live in the area. Pilates focuses on improving flexibility, core strength and posture and is derived from a blend of Yoga and Western exercise methods. Regular practice will see participants improve performance across the fitness spectrum including running, cycling, weight training and swimming.
Classes take place - Mondays 6.15pm, Tuesdays 1.05pm and Thursdays 1.00pm and 5.30pm
Is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. With an inspired soundtrack, you will bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.
