Studio X @ The Regent’s Place Health Club has a dedicated studio space for those who want to reconnect body and mind.
All of our classes are taught by some of London’s most experienced Yoga practitioners, Studio X @ The Regent’s Place Health Club is the perfect place to de-stress the mind, increase flexibility, build strength and improve posture.
Studio X @ The Regent’s Place Health Club is also the Pilates Studio of choice for those who work and live in the area. Pilates focuses on improving flexibility, core strength and posture and is derived from a blend of Yoga and Western exercise methods. Regular practice will see participants improve performance across the fitness spectrum including running, cycling, weight training and swimming.
Pilates classes take place - Mondays at 6.15pm and Thursdays at 5.30pm
Soft rythmic movements synchronised with your breathing fully harness the mobility of the body to awaken and energise it. Focussed sensitivity to sensation quietens and clarifies the mind, so that a deep intimacy with body, mind and spirit becomes possible without demanding extremes of strength and flexibility.
Classes - Mondays 12.15pm & Fridays 12.05pm and 6.00pm.
This class is designed to achieve and maintain balance, which is done through exercise, breathing and meditation. Yoga exercises improve circulation, stimulate the abdominal organs and strengthen the body.
Classes - Tuesdays 5.45pm, Wednesdays 12.00pm & Sundays 11.00am.
All classes at Studio X @ The Regent’s Place Health Club are available on a Pay as You Go basis.
